Dr. Francesco Benedetto is currently the Chair of the IEEE 1900.1 Working Group on "Definitions and Concepts for Dynamic Spectrum Access: Terminology Relating to Emerging Wireless Networks, System Functionality, and Spectrum Management". Since 2008, he has been an Assistant Professor of Telecommunications at the Third University of Rome, where he currently teaches the courses of "Elements of Telecommunications", "Software Cognitive Radio", and “Cognitive Communications”. He is a Senior Member of the Institution of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), and a member of: IEEE Standard Association, IEEE Young Professionals, IEEE Software Defined Networks, IEEE Communications, IEEE Signal Processing, IEEE Vehicular Technology.








Dr. Vangipuram Radhakrishna is a member of ACM and a recipient of the prestigious ACM SENIOR MEMBER award. He completed Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad in the area of Temporal Data Mining. He is a Professional Member of IEEE, Member IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Data Engineering and Technical Council on Software Engineering. He received several best paper awards at International Conferences within and abroad and has been an active researcher under guidance of Professor Dr. P.V. Kumar and Dr.V. Janaki. His passion for research is inspired from his beloved father and Professor Dr. V. Narasimha Charyulu. He is serving as a Regional Editor, Section Editor, Editorial Board Member, Guest Editor and Reviewer for several international journals and is also a technical committee member for several international conferences. His research interests include Temporal Data Mining, AI and Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Algorithm design.







Dr. Evangelos Sapountzakis is a Civil Engineer and Professor at the Institute of Structural Analysis and Antiseismic Research of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). Diploma from NTUA (1984), MSc and DIC degrees from Imperial College, London (1985), PhD degree from NTUA (1991). Apart from NTUA, he is also a Professor of Structural Analysis at the School of Corps of Engineers of the Hellenic Army and the Hellenic Open University. His published research comprises 105 original papers in international journals, 143 papers in international conference proceedings, 12 Chapters in books and 5 educational books, while he is the editor of 4 Books and Conference Proceedings. He is the Honorary Editor, Editor-in-Chief, Academic Editor, Regional Editor and Associate Editor of international journals. He has 30 years of experience in the design and analysis of bridge and other large scale structural projects.



Dr. Hang Chen is currently working as a guest professor at the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology. He completed his PhD from University de Lorraine. His research interests include Optical image information processing: including optical image encryption, image fusion processing and hyperspectral image processing, spectroscopy analysis for skin precancerous stages classification. He has published articles in many well-renowned journals, such as Optics and Lasers in Engineering etc.



Dr. Zheng-Ming GAO is currently working as an associate professor in the School of computer engineering, Jingchu University of Technology. He is a member of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence, Chairman of Jingmen Greenby Network Technology Co., Ltd. His main interests include swarm intelligence and intelligent information technology. He has published articles in many well-renowned journals and served as session chairs or committee members of many conferences related to computer or electronic science.




Kittisak Jermsittiparsert is a Professor at Faculty of Education, University of City Island, Northern Cyprus, Adjunct Professor at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi Abdul Haris, and Adjunct Research Professor at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sinjai, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar & Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang, Indonesia. He holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from Kasetsart University, Thailand. His areas of expertise are Political Science, Public and Private Management, International Political Economy, and Social Research. Up to now, he has published more than 400 Scopus/WoS indexed documents with almost 6000 citations. His h-index is 44.




Zne-Jung Lee received B.E. degree in Electronic Engineering, M.E. degree in Automatic Control Engineering from Feng-Chia University (FCU), Taichung, Taiwan, in 1986 and 1988, respectively, and a Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Taipei, Taiwan, in 2002. He is a Full Professor in the Department of Information Technology, and Deputy Dean, School of Technology, Fuzhou University of International Studies and trade, China. He published 208 papers, including more than 60 papers in SCI/SSCI or EI. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the journal of Artificial Intelligence Evolution. His current research interests include big data, data mining, computational intelligence, and information security.




Sanjay Misra is full Professor of Computer Engineering at Covenant University. He is PhD. in Software Engg from the University of Alcala, Spain. As per SciVal(SCOPUS- Elsevier) analysis he is the most productive researcher in Nigeria during 2012-20 in all disciplines. He is considered as the best in comp science in the country and in the continent. He has a around 400 articles in the core & appl. area of Soft Engg, Web engg, Health Informatics, Cybersecurity, Intelligent systems, AI etc. He got several awards for outstanding publications. He has delivered more than 100 keynote/invited talks/public lectures in reputed conferences and institutes. Silvia Liberata Ullo (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Graduate degree in electronic engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, of Federico II University, Naples, Italy, in 1989, and the M.Sc. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA, in June 1992. Since 2004, she has been a researcher and teacher at the University of Sannio di Benevento, Benevento, Italy. She is an IEEE Senior Member, Industry Liaison for IEEE Joint ComSoc/VTS Italy Chapter and also a National Referent for FIDAPA BPW Italy Science and Technology Task Force. She authored 80+ research papers in reputed journals and conferences and co-authored many book chapters. Her research interests mainly deal with signal processing, remote sensing, image and satellite data analysis, radar systems, and sensor networks.







Dr. Ihsan Ali is currently working as a Research Associate at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Malaya. He has published more than 40 high impact research journal papers including, highly reputable journals, IEEE communications surveys and tutorials, Communication Magazine with more than 170 cumulative Impact factor. He has been actively involved in research and teaching activities for the last 10 years in different countries including Saudi Arabia, USA, Pakistan, and Malaysia. I have served as a technical program committee member for several well-known conferences including IWCMC2017-2018, AINIS 2017, Future 5V 2017, ICACCI-2018, INAIT 2019, DiCES-N19, CCNC2020, ICCAIS2020 and CSNT2020. His research interests include Wireless Sensor Networks, Cloud Computing, Sensor Cloud, Fog Computing, IoT, and Underwater Sensor Network.




Andrzej Bartoszewicz received M.Sc. degree in 1987 and the Ph.D. degree in 1993 both from Technical University of Lodz, Poland. Then he obtained the degree of doktor habilitowany in control engineering and robotics from Academy of Mining and Metallurgy in Cracow, Poland. He was a visiting scholar at Purdue University, West Lafayette, In., USA and at Strathclyde University, Glasgow, UK. Then for one year, he was at University of Leicester, UK. Currently, he is a Full Professor at Technical University of Lodz, head of Electric Drive and Industrial Automation Group and director of Institute of Automatic Control. He has published three monographs and over 300 papers, primarily in the fields of sliding mode control and congestion control in data transmission networks. He served as an invited speaker at 12 international conferences in the field of automatic control.




Dr. D. Chandramohan is currently a Senior Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science, Madanapalle, Andhara Pradesh, India. His area of interest includes Distributed Web Service, Web Service (Evaluation) Testbed, Software Metrics, GVANET and Cloud Computing, Opportunistic Computing, Evolutionary Computing, Service Computing, Software Engineering, Multi-Agent, Privacy and Security. Currently, he is working on Designing of Testbed for Distributed web service environment, A Privacy Preserving Generic Framework for Cloud Data Storage, Optimization approach for minimizing agro-crops.




Haruna Chiroma received B.Tech., M.Sc., and Ph.D in computer science from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bayero University Kano and University of Malaya, respectively. His research interest includes: nature inspired algorithms, machine learning with emphasis on deep learning, and their applications in internet of vehicles, self-driving vehicles, big data analytics, cybersecurity, IoT and edge computing. He has published over 100 academic articles relevant to his research interest in SCIE/Scopus indexed journals. He has an H-index of 8 in Web of Science and 10 in Scopus. He has delivered more than 10 research talks. He has been a technical programme committee member for more than 20 international conferences.




Dr. Mohamed Elhoseny is currently an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Computers and Information, Mansoura University. Collectively, Dr. Elhoseny authored/co-authored over 85 ISI Journal articles in high-ranked and prestigious journals. Besides, he authored/edited Conference Proceedings, Book Chapters, and 10 books published by Springer and Taylor & Francis. His research interests include Smart Cities, Network Security, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, and Intelligent Systems. Dr. Elhoseny serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Smart Sensor Technologies and Applications, IGI Global. Moreover, he is an Associate Editor of many journals such as IEEE Access, IEEE Future Directions, PLOS One journal, Remote Sensing, and International Journal of E-services and Mobile Applications, IGI Global. Dr. Ahmed ELMESIRY received his Ph.D. degree in computing - Information security and assurance from Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland. He visited the center for advanced technology in telecommunications and secure systems at Monash University, Australia from May 2014 till June 2015. Currently, he is a full-time Senior Lecturer at the computer science department of Nottingham Trent University Since September 2018 and a researcher at the Network Infrastructures & Cyber-security group where he is working on a Microsoft funded project related to "Adaptive Security for IoT Applications" and holds the position of an associate editor of the international journal of cloud applications, the international journal of fog computing and IEEE Access.




Joshua Fogel, PhD, is a full Professor with tenure in the Department of Business Management at Brooklyn College (Brooklyn, New York). His academic training includes a PhD in Clinical Health Psychology from Yeshiva University (Bronx, New York), an internship in Clinical Psychology from the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre (Halifax, Nova Scotia), and a postdoctoral fellowship in Psychiatric Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, Maryland). He has published or accepted for publication over 145 peer reviewed journal articles. His research has been quoted on television, radio, newspapers, and in magazines, both nationally and internationally.



ANNA FORMICA received the degree (Hons.) in mathematics from the University of Rome ''La Sapienza,'' in 1989. She is currently a Senior Researcher with the ''Istituto di Analisi dei Sistemi ed Informatica'' (IASI) ''Antonio Ruberti,'' Italian National Research Council (CNR), Rome, where she manages the ''Software and Knowledge-Based Systems'' (SaKS) Group. She took part in various research projects of the European framework programs and bilateral projects with international institutions. Her current research interests include semantic web, similarity reasoning, formal specification and validation of domain ontologies, fuzzy formal concept analysis. She serves as a referee for several international journals and conferences.







Brij B. Gupta received PhD degree from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India in the area of Information and Cyber Security. In 2009, he was selected for Canadian Commonwealth Scholarship award by the Government of Canada. He has published more than 250 research papers in International Journals and Conferences of high repute. He has visited several countries, i.e. Canada, USA, Japan, Malaysia, UK, Spain, China, Italy, Thailand, Hong-Kong, Australia, etc. to present his research work. His biography was selected and published in the 30th Edition of Marquis Who's Who in the World, 2012. Dr. Gupta has also received Young Faculty research fellowship award from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India in 2018. He is also working as principal investigator of various R&D projects. Moreover, he is serving as associate editor and reviewer of various reputed journals. At present, Dr. Gupta is working as Assistant Professor in the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra India. His research interest includes Information security, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Web security, Intrusion detection and network performance evaluation.




Majid Haghparast, received his B.Sc. in computer hardware engineering in 2003. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in computer architecture in 2006 and 2009, respectively. Since 2007, he has been affiliated with the Computer Engineering Faculty, Yadegar-e-Imam Khomeini (RAH) Shahre Rey Branch, IAU University, Tehran, Iran. He is currently an associate professor and the head of computer engineering department at Electrical and Computer Engineering Faculty, Yadegar-e-Imam Khomeini (RAH) Shahre Rey Branch, IAU University, Tehran, Iran. He has also been selected as his university’s best researcher in 2017. Majid has published more than 100 research papers in various international journals and conferences. He has also been selected as Faculty’s best researcher and outstanding professor in 2018. His research interests include cloud computing, WSNs, reversible logic, quantum computing, computer arithmetic, QCA, IoT and Fault Tolerant Circuit Design. Since April 2017 he is conducting his sabbatical at the Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria, where he is also a Research Fellow. He has served in more than 40 international conference advisory and technical program committees. Dr. Haghparast is on the panel of reviewers and editorial board of various international journals.









Samuel H. Huang is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Director of Intelligent Systems Laboratory at the Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering, the University of Cincinnati. His research focuses on big data analytics, supplier-based manufacturing, and complex system analysis and optimization, with applications in health care and manufacturing. He has published over 130 technical papers. Dr. Huang received the Robert A. Dougherty Outstanding Young Manufacturing Engineer Award from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) in 2005. In addition to many industrial projects, he has been awarded five grants from the National Science Foundation (NSF) for his research in health care and manufacturing research and education.









Hyunsung Kim received M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in computer engineering from Kyungpook National University, Korea, in 1998 and 2002, respectively. He has been a Professor in the School of Computer Science, Kyungil University, Korea since 2002. Furthermore, he is currently a visiting professor since 2015 in the Department of Mathematical Sciences, Chancellor College, University of Malawi, Malawi. He was also a visiting researcher at Dublin City University for 2009. From 2000 to 2002, he worked as a senior researcher at Ditto Technology. His research interests include cryptography, VLSI, authentication technologies, network security, ubiquitous computing security, blockchain architecture and security protocol.






Szu-Yin Lin received the M.A. and Ph.D. degree from National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan, in 2012. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Information Management in Chung Yuan Christian University, Taiwan. His expertise is on service-oriented architecture and computing, intelligent data analysis, big data analytics, and multi-agent distributed computing.

















Prasant Kumar Pattnaik, is Ph.D in Computer Science and Fellow of IETE. He is senior member of IEEE and a Professor at the School of Computer Engineering, KIIT Deemed University, Bhubaneswar. He has more than a decade of teaching and research experience and awarded half dozen of Ph.Ds. Dr. Pattnaik has published a numbers of Research Papers in peer-reviewed International Journals and Conferences and filed many patents. He also edited book volumes in Springer and IGI Global Publication. His areas of interest include Mobile Computing, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Intelligent Systems and Brain Computer Interface. He is one of the Associate Editors of Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, IOS Press and Intelligent Systems Book Series Editor of CRC Press, and Taylor Francis Group.







Professor Chongchong Qi received his Bachelor degree from China University of Mining and Technology, China and PhD degree from The University of Western Australia, Australia. He has considerable expertise in rock and soil mechanics, artificial intelligence, signal processing, materials science, and chemistry. Prof. Qi has published 33 peer reviewed SCI papers. He served as lead guest editor, guest editor, and editorial board member of several SCI Journals and also served as chair and committee member for several international conferences. He was awarded the Outstanding Reviewers by reputed SCI journal for several times.




MD ZIA UR RAHMAN (M’09) (SM’16) received M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India. Currently, he is a Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, K. L. University, Koneru Lakshmaiah Educational Foundation Guntur, India. His current research interests include Signal Processing Applications; Biomedical Image & Signal Processing; Bio-informatics; Wireless Communications; and Remote Health Care Monitoring. He has published more than 100 research papers in various journals and proceedings. He is serving in various editorial boards in the capacity of Editor in Chief, Associate Editor, and reviewer for publishers like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, IGI, American Scientific Publishers, Hindawai etc.







Laura M. Roa is a full professor of Control Systems Engineering and Automation at the University of Seville, in Spain. She is head of the Biomedical Engineering Research Group at the University of Seville - CIBER-BBN. She has been author of more than 350 papers, including journal papers, peer reviewed conference papers, book chapters, and books. Her R&D research activities include computational modeling for multimodal analysis, smart biomedical systems for independent assisted living, integration of social/health service architectures, and bioelectromagnetics. Dr. Roa is a Fellow of the IEEE, Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE), Fellow of the International Academy for Medical and Biological Engineering Sciences (IAMBES), Founding Fellow of the European Alliance for Medical and Biological Engineering & Science (EAMBES), and Honorary Life Member of the International Federation for Medical and Biological Engineering (IFMBE).



Dr. Tanzila Saba received her Ph.D. in Document Information Security and Management from Faculty of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia in 2012. Currently, she is serving as an Associate Prof. and Associate Chair of the Information Systems Department in the College of Computer and Information Sciences, Prince Sultan University, Riyadh, KSA. Her primary research focus in recent years is medical imaging, pattern recognition, data mining, MRI analysis, and Soft-computing. She has more than one hundred publications. Most of her publications are in biomedical research published in ISI/SCIE indexed. Currently, she is an editor and reviewer of reputed journals and on the panel of TPC of international conferences. She has full command on various subjects and has taught several courses at the graduate and postgraduate levels.




Dr. Salkintzis received his Diploma in 1991 and his Ph.D. degree in 1997, both from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Democritus University of Thrace, Greece. During 1999, he was a sessional lecturer and a post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, The University of British Columbia, Canada. He is currently working for Motorola Mobility and Lenovo on defining and standardizing 5G mobile communications. His primary research interests include mobile communications, IoT and Network Function Virtualization (NFV).




Sayed Chhattan Shah received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Korea University in 2012 and the M.S. degree in computer science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences in 2008. He held faculty positions with the Seoul National University of Science and Technology, Korea University, Dongguk University, Hamdard University, and Isra University. He is currently an Associate Professor of computer science in the Department of Information Communications Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Korea. He is a senior member of the IEEE and a member of the IEEE Communications Society, the IEEE Internet of Things Community, the IEEE Smart Cities Community, the International Telecommunication Union, and the European Research Council. He was the conference chair and on the program committees of various international conferences. He is currently an Associate Editor of IEEE Access, Information Processing Systems and Intelligent Automation and Soft Computing.




Dr. Chuan Jun Su is a professor of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Yuan Ze University, Taiwan. Prior to joining the University, he was a visiting assistant professor at Texas A&M University and an assistant professor with Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also served as Chairman and Chief Technology Officer of Horky.com Hong Kong. Dr. Su has more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Virtual Reality, AI Applications, and is the author of more than 100 scientific publications.







Dr. Chih-Fong Tsai received a PhD at School of Computing and Technology from the University of Sunderland, UK in 2005. He is now a professor in the Department of Information Management, National Central University, Taiwan. His current research focuses on data mining and machine learning. He received numerous awards such as Emerald Literati Network 2008 Awards for Excellenceand the award for top 10 cited articles in 2008.



He received the Master Degree in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin in 1997, and the PhD Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Parma in 2001. In 1998 he was in the 3DPrinting Laboratory of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. He is currently Associate Professor of Design Tools and Methods at the Department of Management and Production Engineering of the Polytechnic of Turin. He is author of more than one hundred of scientific papers on product design and development with specific attention on reverse engineering, rapid prototyping and collaborative design topics and Geometric Modelling.




Dr. Wan is a full Professor with Northwestern Polytechnical University and serves as the Head of the Department. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University. She has 15 years of experience in the research and cooperation with industry in video technologies. Previously she received her Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering from Queen Mary, University of London Dr. Wan has authored more than 70 manuscripts, 7 patents, and co-edited two books. Her current research interests include advanced video technologies, video perception and quality assessment, and big data video.




Yi-Hsien Wang is a professor in the Department of Banking & Finance at Chinese Culture University in Taiwan. He earned Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Management, Ming Chuan University. His current research focuses on econometrics, Patent Risk, Patent Analysis for Quantity and Quality, Decision Science, Applied Economics, and Time Series. He has publications in Economic Modelling, Applied Economics, Journal of Business Economics, Technological and Economic Development of Economy and Management, Hitotsubashi Journal of Economics, International Journal of Computer Mathematics, International Journal of Information and Management Sciences, International Journal of Mobile Communications, International Journal of Computational Economics and Econometrics, PeriodicaPolytechnica Social and Management Sciences, Physica A and Panoeconomicus.




Dr. Zhouchao Wei is currently a Professor at China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), China. He received his BSc degree in Applied Mathematics in 2006. In 2011, he received a PhD degree in Applied Mathematics from South China University of Technology. He joined the College of Mechanical Engineering of Beijing University of Technology in 2014 as a Postdoctoral Fellow, and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Technical University of Lodz in Poland in 2015 as a Visiting Researcher. He has also been serving as a Visiting scholar at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford, UK, between 2016 and 2017. His current research interests include the qualitative theory of differential equations, chaotic theory, and bifurcation theory.




Ouri Wolfson, Ph.D., is the Richard and Loan Hill Professor of Computer Science at the University of Illinois, Chicago, and an Affiliate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. He is the founder of Mobitrac, a venture-funded high-tech startup that was acquired in 2006, and of Pirouette Software. Wolfson has authored over 200 publications, four of them are award winning, and holds seven patents. He is a Fellow of the ACM, AAAS, IEEE, and a University of Illinois Scholar. Wolfson’s main research interests are in databases, distributed systems, mobile/pervasive computing, and intelligent transportation.



Dr. Ning Xi is Chair Professor of Robotics and Automation and Director of Emerging Technologies Institute of The University of Hong Kong. He has more than 25 years of experience in academic and research in robotics, manufacturing automation, micro/nano manufacturing, nano sensors and devices, and intelligent control and systems. Before joining The University of Hong Kong, he was a University Distinguished Professor, the John D. Ryder Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Director of Robotics and Automation Laboratory at Michigan State University. Dr. Xi received his D.Sc. degree in Systems Science and Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a fellow of IEEE and also served as the President of IEEE Nanotechnology Council (2010-2011), a member of Administrative Committee of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (2013-2015). He has been elected as the President of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (2018-2019).



Wankou Yang received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Computer Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NUST), PR. China in 2002, 2004 and 2009, respectively. From 2009 - 2011, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the School of Automation, Southeast University. From 2011- 2015, he worked as an assistant professor in the School of Automation, Southeast University. Now, he is an associate professor in the School of Automation, Southeast University, P.R. China. His research interests include pattern recognition and computer vision.



Dr. Alex Zelinsky is Australia’s Chief Defence Scientist. His scientific career includes working as a computer scientist, a systems engineer and a roboticist. His career spans innovation, science and technology, research and development, commercial start-ups and education. Prior to joining Defence, Dr Zelinsky was Group Executive for Information Sciences at the CSIRO. Dr. Zelinsky was Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Seeing Machines, a high-technology company developing computer vision systems. The company is listed on the London Stock Exchange and was a start-up from the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia, where Dr Zelinsky was a professor of Systems Engineering.



Dr Ligang Zhang is a Senior Research Officer within the School of Engineering and Technology at CQUniversity, Australia. He received his PhD in Computer Science from the Queensland University of Technology. His research interests include image segmentation and recognition, facial expression recognition, affective computing and computer vision. He has published one book (Springer) and 40 peer-reviewed articles in prestigious journals and conference proceedings.



He received the PhD Degree in Computational Mathematics from the Dalian University of Technology in 1998. From 1999 to 2001, he was a post-doctoral fellow in Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, P.R. China. He is currently a Professor of Operations Research in the School of Mathematical Sciences of Dalian University of Technology. He is the author of more than one hundred journal papers on optimization.



Dr. Ajay Kumara Makanahalli Annaiah is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the Lenior-Rhyne University. His research interests focus on Cybersecurity, Binary Code Analysis, Malware Analysis, Reverse Engineering, Virtualization, and Deep Learning. Before joining Lenior-Rhyne. He worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Pennsylvania State University in the system software security lab and the University of Arizona. He completed Ph.D., from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, India.





Dr. Hang Chen is a Research Fellow in CNRS UMR7039, France, and Adjunct Professor at Jiangxi University of Technology, China. Dr. Chen obtained his B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2011, and Academy of Equipment, Beijing, China, in 2013, respectively. He then received his Ph.D. degree in 2017 from the Department of Automatic Measurement and Control, University de Lorraine, France. Dr. Chen has published over 20 peer reviewed journal articles in the field of optics. He is a member of The Optical Society of America (OSA) and his current research interests include hyperspectral image processing, optical image encryption, computer vision, and information security.



Dr. Ashkan Ebadi is a multidisciplinary applied data scientist with expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, deep learning, and graph analytics. He received his PhD in information systems engineering with an emphasis on AI-based decision support systems. Dr. Ebadi is currently a senior research officer at the National Research Council (NRC) that is the government of Canada’s largest research organization. His research aims to leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to solve complex real-life problems in various domains.




Mohammad Javad Ershadi is a PhD in Industrial Engineering, graduated in 2015 from Iran University of Science and Technology. He received his MSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in 2009. He holds a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology in 2005. He began his scientific experience in 2015 as a faculty member in Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology (IranDoc) and now he is an assistant professor of IT Management Research Group. His efforts at IranDoc has mainly devoted to application of quality engineering and management into data, information science and services. His research interests include data quality, statistical quality control (SQC), total quality management (TQM), business process reengineering (BPR), optimization, meta-heuristic algorithms, systems analysis, and data mining.



Ahmed Farouk received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Mansoura University, in 2009 and 2015, respectively. Now, he is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Wilfird Laurier University and Ryerson University. He is one of the Top 20 technical co-founders of the Quantum Machine Learning Program by Creative Destruction Lab at the University of Toronto. Furthermore, he is selected as Top 25 of InnovateTO150 Canada to showcase the best of Toronto’s next generation of change-makers, innovators and entrepreneurs. He is especially well known for his seminal contributions to theories of Quantum Mechanics, Communication and Cryptography. He has published 70 papers in reputed and high impact factor journals like Scientific Reports Nature, and Physical Review A. He is in the editorial board of Scientific Reports (Nature, IEEE Access, IET Quantum Communication and Recent Advances in Computer Science and Communications.




Dr. Rupendra Kumar Pachauri received his PhD degree in Renewable energy from Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, India. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor- Sr. Scale in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, India. He has published more than 65 research publications in international repute science citation/Scopus indexed journals and conferences. His fields of research are Solar Energy, Fuel cell technology, Embedded system and Internet of Things (IoT).




Dr. Manik Sharma is an MCA, UGC-NET qualified and has received his Ph.D. degree in “Distributed Query Optimization” from IKG Punjab Technical University, Kapoorthala, India. Dr. Sharma has 15 years of teaching and research experience. His research interests include Machine Learning, Optimization Techniques, Health Informatics and Smart Systems. The thrust area is to design a smart and innovative artificial intelligence based Clinical Decision Support System for the effective management of major human psychological disorders. Dr. Sharma authored/coauthored over 50 International Journal articles, Conference Proceedings, and Book Chapters. Dr. Sharma is serving as an Associate Editor for IEEE Access, BMC Public Health, and Journal of Medical Imaging and Health Informatics. He is also acting as an Editor in Chief for EAI Transaction of Pervasive Health and Technology. He is also serving as a reviewer for various international Journals including IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, MDPI, and SAGE publications.




Dr. P. Victer Paul is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Indian Institute of Information Technology Kottayam, Kerala, India. He has been awarded a degree of Ph.D. in the Department of Computer Science (2015) from Pondicherry Central University, Pondicherry, India. He has done his B.Tech. in Information Technology (2007) from SMVEC and M.Tech. in Network and Internet Engineering (2011) from Pondicherry Central University, Pondicherry, India. He is a recipient of eminent INSPIRE fellowship from Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi. He is a University Gold medalist and University Rank holder in M.Tech and B.Tech studies, respectively. He has also received “TCS Best Student Award 2010” from TCS for academic excellence at Pondicherry Central University, Puducherry. He has more than 7 years of academic & industrial experience and published over 90 research articles in various International Journals & Conferences. Currently, he is working in the fields of Optimization algorithms, Cloud Computing and Data Analytics.




Gaurav Dhiman received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala. He has completed his Master Degree of Computer Applications from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Science, Government Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala. He was selected as an outstanding reviewer from Knowledge- Based Systems (Elsevier). He has published more than 25 peer-review research papers (indexed in SCI-SCIE). He is also in editorial board member of Artificial Intelligence Evolution journal. His research interest includes Single-, Multi-, Many-objectives optimization (Bio-inspired, Evolutionary and Quantum), Soft computing (Type-1 and Type-2 fuzzy sets), Power systems, and Change detection using remotely sensed high-resolution satellite data. Dr. Mehdi Gheisari is a researcher at Southern University of Science and Technology (QS ranking=320, top 10 universities in China) with several years of experience in Network Security, 5G, Software Defined Networking (SDN), Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), Semantic Web (SW), Internet of Things (IoT), privacy-preserving, and Autonomous Vehicles. He has almost eight years of experience of being a lecturer at several universities, research collaboration, research projects proposal preparation and completion, project progress documentation, and he has been involved in undergraduate students’ supervision. Nowadays, he is taking part in responsible roles in various international, and national research projects. He has an excellent publication record over 327 Citations score and holds the h-index of 10.



Dr. Vijay Kumar received the BTech degree (Information Technology) from MM Engineering College, Mullana, in 2005. He received MTech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Guru Jambheshwer University of Science and Technology, Hisar, in 2008 and obtained a PhD degree from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, in 2015, with the dissertation entitled: "Development of Efficient Data Clustering Techniques Using Metaheuristics''. He is currently working as an assistant professor in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at Thapar University, Patiala, Punjab, India. He has over 10 years of teaching and research experience. He has more than 52 research papers in international journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings. His main areas of interests and research focuses on soft computing, image processing, data clustering, metaheuristic techniques, pattern recognition and multi-objective optimization.




Dr. Sandeep Kumar is working as Director R&D and Professor at Sreyas Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad, India. He has more than 10 years of teaching and research experience. Dr. Kumar holds a Ph.D. degree in Embedded System from OPJS University, Churu Rajasthan affiliated by UGC with the dissertation entitled: "Design & Development of A Multimode Low-Cost Power Assisted Smart Wheelchair". His research interests mainly focused on Embedded Systems, Biometrics, Image Processing, and Machine Learning etc. He sits on various international and national journals as an Editorial Board Member / Advisory. He has been acting as a reviewer of several SCI and Scopus Indexed Journals. Dr. Kumar has an h-index of 20 and he has published over 60 research articles and 9 book chapters etc.




Marimuthu Karuppiah received his B.E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, India in 2003, M.E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India in 2005, Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from VIT University, Vellore, India in 2015. Presently, he is a Professor in Department of Computing Science and Engineering, SRM University, Delhi-NCR, India. Before joining SRMIST, he was with the VIT University, Vellore, India as an Associate Professor. He has published more than 30 research papers in SCI indexed journals. Also, he has published more than 40 research papers in SCOPUS indexed journals and international conferences. He is a life member of Cryptology Research Society of India (CRSI) and Computer Society of India (CSI), senior member of IEEE and member of ACM. His main research interests include cryptography and wireless network security, in particular, authentication and encryption schemes.




Dr. Venkata Krishna received his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from VIT University, Vellore, with the Thesis entitled: "A Study on Quality of Service Metrics for Wireless Systems" in 2008. He has about 22 years of teaching experience and 2 years of Industry experience. In 2018, he received IEEE Systems Society Best Research Paper Award. Dr. Krishna was a recipient of Cognizant (CTS) Best Faculty Award in 2010 (awarded with a Gold Medal). As well as, he was a recipient of VITs Best Researcher Award (2009-14). He has an H-index of 25 with over 2550+ citations and so far he has published more than 200 papers in various International conferences and Journals which are indexed in Scopus, SCI, Thomson Reuters, google scholar etc. Moreover, he has published many papers in IEEE Transactions, Springer, Elsevier, Wiley-Interscience, Inderscience etc. Dr. Krishna's biography is listed in Marquis Who's Who in the world 2009-2010 edition. He has been acting as a reviewer for IET, IEEE, Wiley-Interscience, Elsevier and Inderscience Journals. Presently, he is a Professor of Computer Science, in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sri Padmavati Mahila University, Tirupati, AP, India.




Dr. G. Prabhakar is a Professor and Researcher in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, V.S.B. Engineering College, Karur, India. He has been awarded with Ph.D. degree under Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with the thesis entitled: "MODELLING, CONTROL AND CYBER THREAT MITIGATION FOR NONLINEAR PHYSICAL SYSTEMS IN RTOS ENVIRONMENT". He has about nine years of Experience in Embedded System Domain. He's expert in doing Real Time Projects relevant to domains such as: Robotics, Control Systems, and Embedded Systems. Dr. Prabhakar is actively involved as editor, reviewer and editorial board member in many well esteemed journals. So far, he has published almost 30 manuscripts in his fields / areas of interest.




Dr. Raju Pal is an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Computer science and engineering, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, India where he established E-yatra robotics Lab and wireless sensor networks lab in the department and completed a DST funded research project on Histopathological image analysis. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Vision from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, in 2019. He has research experience with knowledge across the domain of histopathological image analysis, meta-heuristic methods, and wireless sensor networks. As an author / co-author, Dr. Pal has published more than 30 research articles in various international conferences and journals which are indexed in Scopus, SCIE, SCI, google scholar, ESCI etc., accumulating over 237 citations with an h-index of 10.



Luming Zhang received his Ph.D. degree in computer science from Zhejiang University, China. Currently he is a Professor at Zhejiang University. Previously he was a Senior Research fellow at School of Computing, National University of Singapore. He was a visiting scholar at the Viterbi School of Engineering, University of Southern California. His research interests include multimedia analysis, image enhancement, and pattern recognition. He has authored/co-authored more than 130 scientific articles at top venues including IEEE T-PAMI, IEEE T-IP, T-MM, T-CYB, CVPR, ACM MM, IJCAI, AAAI and KDD. He was the program committee member/organizer of many international conferences, such as MMM, PCM, ACM Multimedia. He served as a Guest editor of 10+ international journals, such as IEEE Trans. Big data, Neurocomputing , Signal Processing, Multimedia tools and applications, Multimedia systems ,and JVCI. He is an associate editor of Neurocomputing and KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems. As the first author, he received the best paper award at PCM 2015. He is an adjunct investigator at NUSRI.



Chaolong Zhang received a PhD degree from the Hefei University of Technology in 2018. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Electrical Engineering and Automation, Wuhan University, China. He is also an Associate Professor at School of Physics and Electronic Engineering, Anqing Normal University, China. His current research interests include fault diagnostics and prognostics of analogue and mixed-signal circuits, and battery capacity prognostic. He has published several articles in well-reputed journals.
