Kittisak Jermsittiparsert holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from Kasetsart University, Thailand. He is currently a Full-Professor of Public Administration at MBA School, Henan University of Economics and Law, China and an Adjunct Research Professor at Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sinjai, Indonesia. His areas of expertise are Political Science, Public and Private Management, International Political Economy, and Social Research.

Dr. Roberto García Alonso is a PhD in Law and Political Science and Administration, Master in Democracy and Government from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain), B.A in Political Science and Administration; and B.A in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain). He became associate professor at the Universidad de La Sabana (Colombia) and as a visiting professor in several Latin America universities. He advises, researches and trains public and private institutions in Colombia. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Salamanca. His current line of research analyzes the different policies developed by governments in Europe and Latin America to determine the uses and limits to the implementation of Artificial Intelligence. This research will contribute to the field of administration and public policies in the digital era by providing information about the current decision-making process in Latin America and Europe.

Alina Danet is an assistant lecturer at the University of Granada, Department of Political and Administration Science, Spain. She is a former researcher in the field of public health at CIBERESP, Spain (2008‐2019). BA in Political Sciences and Sociology, MA in Gender and Health, MA in Historical analysis of the present, PhD in Anthropology and History of Medicine. Her current research interests include health culture and communication, media and gender studies, history of medicine, cultural heritage, patients' expectations and training, public policies and sociology of health.

Prof. Barbara Onnis is an Associate Professor of History and Institutions of Asia in the Department of Political and Social Sciences (University of Cagliari), where she teaches International Politics of Asia and Contemporary China. Since 2016, she has been the scientific referent of the Confucius Classroom at the University of Cagliari. Her research interests are mainly focused on the foreign policy and international relations of the PRC and the international relations of East Asia.
